1/2 c oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1.4 tsp cloves
1.1/2 c flour
1/2 c white sugar
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 c grated raw carrot
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together, then stir together oil, eggs, vanilla, and carrot and mix in dry ingredients. Place into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350F.
