11/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 c carrots
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
2 eggs
1/3 c oil
1/3 c yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c raisins, rinsed in hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Place all dry ingredients into bowl. Mix together carrot, eggs, oil, vanilla and raisins then add to dry ingredients. Grease muffin tins well. Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
