1 picnic ham, cooked in pressure cooker (save juices)

Dumplings
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. milk

Double the receipe if you want more dumplings

Directions:
Directions:
Pressure the ham for 1 1/2 hours, remove from pot and cover with foil. Place in the oven to keep warm. Combine ingredients for dumplings and stir until soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling broth from the ham. Reduce the heat and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover & cook 10 more minutes. Serve immediately with the shredded ham.
