6 jumbo eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup canola oil
5 tsp pure lemon extract (COMMENT: add 2 extra)
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking powder

FROSTING

1 lb powdered sugar
1 lemon grated with water
2 or 3 tsp lemon extract to make it more lemony

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 (COMMENT: says lowered to 350)

Sift flour and baking powder together. Combine all ingredients.

Bake 8-10 minutes on Teflon sheet or regular sheet that's lightly greased.

FROSTING

Mix to consistency.
