1 loaf french bread cut in 1" slices
8 eggs
2 c. milk
2 T. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
3/4 c. melted butter
2 T. dark corn syrup
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9 X 13 pan, spread bread evenly in pan (fill in holes with smaller pieces of bread). Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate over night or at least 8 hours.

Topping:
In the morning mix topping and put over bread. Bake uncovered 50 - 60 minutes or until toasty on top.
