Sift 6 x 3 c. cake flour 1 1/2 c. sugar Beat until frothy: 36 oz egg whites 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp cream of tarter When soft peak add: 1 c sugar 2 tsp. lemon flavoring 1 tsp vanilla Beat till stiff peak. Add the flour and sugar mixture and 4 Tbsp lemon dry jello
Bake in 12 x 18 x 3 pan at 350 for 30 min.
May add any flavoring and jello for differentt flavors If chocolate tale out 6 tbsp. flour and add 6 tbls cocoa
1 c butter or oleo 2 lbs powered sugar 4 egg whites 2 tsp lemon flavoring.
