1 package lemon cake mix
1 package lemon instant pudding
1/2 c oil
1 c water
4 eggs
1/4 c poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except poppy seeds and beat 2 minutes at medium speed - do not overmix. Add poppy seeds and blend well. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan, bundt pan or muffin pan. Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes. 20 minutes for muffins. Or until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool before removing from bundt pan.

Glaze: 1/2 c icing sugar blended with 1 tbsp. lemon juice or milk. Drizzle over cake.
