1 large garlic clove, minced
¼ cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp salt (I use chicken base instead of salt)
¼ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
In a 1 quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot olive oil, cook garlic just until garlic is golden; remove saucepan from heat; stir in parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve over cooked pasta. You may sprinkle pine nuts over pasta with the sauce.
