10 c fresh corn
3 c water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Husk corn but do not blanch. Cut corn off the cobb then scrape with the back of your knife. Mix and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool. Bag in freezer bags in desired quantities. Freeze.
