4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c milk
1 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place alternate layers of potatoes and soup in a 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle each layer with pepper(no salt required). Pour milk over all and dot with butter. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 375F. Very good with baked ham.
