1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion chopped
2 T. oil
1 cup pre-cooked rice
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in oil. Add rice and cook until golden brown. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Serve in bowls.
