Personal Notes:
I got this recipe from Anne Passantino (my dear friend Nancy's mother) over 20 years ago. It is a staple at parties and even made an appearance at the most recent 2017 Matthews Super Bowl gathering at Susan and Michael's! It's always best to get the Frito Scoops in the jumbo size package:)
