7 C rolled oats
1 C wheat germ
1 1/2 C unsweetened coconut
1 C raw or toasted sesame seeds
1 C ground flax seed

1 1/2 C oil
1 1/4 C honey
6 T. molasses

nuts
raw pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds
dried fruit

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine oil, honey and molasses in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well. Pour granola onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for ~30 minutes, stirring at 15 minutes.

This is a super versatile recipe.It could be as simple as oats and the sauce, or you can add any number of grains, seeds, nuts or dried fruit. It works best to add the dried fruit after baking so that it doesn't get crispy!
