2 cups Fresh spinsch chopped
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten1/4 cup milk
11/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup butter melted
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Add salt to spinach and squeeze out excess moisture
Combine all ingredients, except Romano cheese, butter and crumbs.
Sprinkle 1/2 the crumbs on bottom of an 8" square pan and cover with spinach mixture.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over filling and top with Romano cheese.
Drizzle butter over all.

Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned
