Ingredients:  
1 lb. frozen whole cranberries, ground in a grinder or food processor (should be chunky)
16 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup sugar
1 banana, sliced
1 apple, cored and cubed
1/4 lb. mini marshmallows
1/2 pint of whipping cream, whipped to form stiff peaks (let someone lick the beaters...as a kid, it was usually me!)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, pineapple and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

THE NEXT DAY:

Add banana, apple, marshmallows and whipped cream.

Stir and enjoy! It is great the next day, as well.

Every major holiday...Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas, my Mom made this salad. It compliments poultry so well and was a favorite of my late nephew, Clinton. At the end of the day while getting ready to go home, he would always ask "Grandma would you like me to take some of this home?"
