3 medium onions, sliced
2 tbsp. margarine
1 can beef broth
1 can water
2 slices of bread, toasted
mozzarella, shredded or sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in frying pan and add onions. Fry until soft but not brown. Add beef broth and water and simmer for 30 minutes. Put soup in onion soup bowls. And put toast on top and cover with cheese and broil until golden,
