1/2 pound manicotti noodles
1/4 C butter
1 egg beaten
1/3 C chives
1 pound of ricotta cheese
1/2 pound of cream cheese softened
3/4 pound of mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 C spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions Drain and let cool.
Set aside
In a bowl, combine the butter, egg, chives, ricotta cheese and cream cheese. Stir well.
Using a spoon, fill manicotti noodles with the cheese mixture
Place noodles side by side in a greased casserole dish
Cover with the mozzarella cheese and spaghetti sauce
Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes
