2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1-1/4 cups sugar, divided
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 10-oz pkg Nestle's Toll Houses Mint Flavored Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Preheat oven to 350

In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt, set aside. In large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar and vegetable oil, mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in Nestle's Toll House Mint Flavored Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels.

Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Shape into balls, roll in remaining sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes.
