3/4 C. Onion--chopped
1 clove Garlic-minced
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
2 6 oz. cans Tomato Paste
1 C. Water
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 Bay Leaf

Cook first three ingredients until tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 30 minutes. The longer you let this simmer the
better it will taste.
