1 pkg. Yeast
2 cups Water 105-115
cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 tsp.Salt
1 cup Dry Milk
6 cup Flour
1 Egg White
cup Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar, butter, salt and milk. Let set for 5 minutes. Stir in 3 cups flour, beat 50 strokes. Add 1 cup flour, cover and let rest 30 minutes. Add 2 cups flour until stiff. Turn onto floured board, knead 10 minutes. Put in lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise until doubled in size. Divide into 2 parts, then divide into 3 parts. Roll each part to 15 inches. Braid 3 strands together, cover and let rise till double in size about 1 hr. Brush with egg whites and sprinkle with seeds. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min. Can also use caraway seeds, poppy seeds, roasted garlic or any combination. 2 loaves
