1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Ĺ cup milk
dash pepper
4 cups thinly sliced russet potatoes (4 lg. or 5 med.)
Ĺ cup thinly sliced onion
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp butter
Paprika Ė optional

Directions:
Directions:
Blend soup, milk and pepper in 1 Ĺ quart casserole.
Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, soup mixture and cheese.
Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 375ļF for 1 hour.
Uncover; bake 15 minutes more or until done.
