12 chicken thighs – boneless & skinless
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
½ cup course pepper
1 large white onion - sliced
4 large carrots - chopped
1 red pepper- cut into large chunks
1 green pepper – cut into large chunks
12 large mushrooms – sliced
½ cup white wine
½ cup chicken broth
3 garlic cloves - minced
1 can mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken thighs with Italian season and course pepper. Set aside.
Lightly grease crock pot.
Layer onion, carrots, peppers, mushrooms in order starting with the onions at the bottom of the crock pot.
Mix wine and chicken broth together and pour over the vegetables.
Place seasoned chicken thighs on top of mixture.
Cook on high for 1 hour. Then low for about 4 hours.
Take chicken out of crock pot and stir in can of mushroom soup.
Put chicken back into crock pot and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles with side salad and dinner bun.
