1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C peanut butter
1/4 C shortening
1/4 C butter
1 egg
1 1/4 C flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, butter & egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Shape dough into rounded teaspoons and press with a fork. Bake at 375º for ~10 minutes.
