Banana Split Cake

1box Graham Crackers
3 sticks Butter
1 box Confectioners Sugar
2 eggs
Bananas approx. 5-6
1 Can Crushed Pineapple
Strawberry Topping
Cool Whip
Chocolate slivers/chips for topping
nuts for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together Graham crackers and 1 stick of butter. Press firmly into a 9x13 pan for crust.
Mix together Confectioners Sugar,2 eggs and 2 sticks of butter. Beat for 15 minutes, batter will be smooth and free of any sugar crystals. Drain Pineapple. Layer filling, pineapple and bananas on top of crust. Add strawberry topping. Cover with cool whip. Top with nuts, chocolate slivers or syrup. Can use caramel or any topping you like

same as above but double the crème.

Make 1 batch of crumb crust and spoon into 30 cups, approx. 2 inches square. Make 2 batches of crème filling. Press down crumbs into cups, add a layer of crème, banana slices and then more crème. Place the strawberry topping, chocolate syrup and pineapple on top, I put 1 row of each, the length of the cup. Add the cool whip and a cherry, shave chocolate on top.
