1 1/2 c flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Baking powder
1/2 Salt
1 Egg
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in med size bowl. Beat egg slightly in a small bowl. Mix in oil and milk. Add to dry ingredients. Stir. A few small lumps are preferable. Pan is ready when drops of water bounce all over it. Drop by spoonful onto lightly greased hot pan. When bubbles appear and edges begin to dry, turn over.
