1/2 c mushrooms, chopped
1 whole large chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic
1 large green pepper, cut into 1/2'' pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1 tsp. cornstarch into 1 tbsp. cold water. Stir in soya sauce. Set aside. Preheat wok or large frypan over high heat, add cooking oil. Stir fry garlic in hot oil for 30 seconds. Add green pepper, and mushrooms. Stir fry 2 minutes. Remove from wok.

Add more oil, if necessary. Add chicken, Stir fry 2 minutes. Stir in soya sauce mixture and cook with chicken until thick and bubbly. Add other ingredients. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Serve at once with rice.
