1 cup warm water ( not hot 110-115 degrees )
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2 T. sugar ( I add 1 T. extra )
2 ¼ C. Flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 T. soft shortening

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg. bowel, dissolve yeast in water. Measure flour-sifted . Stir in sugar and half of flour. Add salt into the yeast. Beat with spoon until smooth. Add eggs and shortening. Beat in rest of flour until smooth. Scrape sides of bowl and cover with cloth. Let rise in warm place until double. About 30 minutes. Grease 12 lg. muffin cups. Stir down raised dough. Spoon into muffin cups. Let rise 20-30 minutes and Bake 400 º for 20 minutes.
