Shrimp stir fry Recipe

1 Cup sliced Mushrooms
1 Onion thinly sliced
2 cups chopped Broccoli florets
2 cups frozen peas
1/2 pound shrimp ( I use uncooked, and cook with the shells on)
2-3 Tablespoons Kikoman Stir Fry Sauce

Stir fry noodles or cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a wok or large skillet, heat pan with a couple tablespoons oil
Add shrimp, cook stirring continually until pink in color
Remove and set aside to cool down
Add all vegetables and cook until tender
( any vegetables can be used, these are Rob's favorites, so what I use)
Continue stirring and cooking until all vegetables are fork tender
Peel the shrimp and add back to the pan
Add a few tablespoons of Kikoman stir fry sauce

If using stir fry noodles, boil per package directions, drain and add to the wok, stir to mix in.
Or serve over rice.
