1 ready to bake pie crust
1 1/2 cups cubed ham
1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded swiss cheese
1 cup partially cooked fresh broccoli florets (or if frozen, thawed & drained thoroughly on paper towel)
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place crust in 9" pie plate and crimp edges. Layer ham, cheese, and broccoli in crust. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over broccoli. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
