Ingredients:  
1 head of cabbage
6 large carrots
1/2 a medium vidalia onion
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the cabbage, carrots and onion into a large bowl. In a separate bowl wisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and horseradish until combined as a drsssing. Pour the dressing over the grated vegetables and combine together. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill one hour and serve.
