3 c. sliced raw peeled potatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 onion sliced
1 lb. ground beef (fried till no longer pink)
1 c. sliced raw carrots
1 can tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, corn, onions, meat & carrots in a 3 qt. greased casserole.
Season each layer with salt and pepper.
Pour tomatoes on top.

Cover with foil or lid & bake at 350F until veg are done (approx. 1-2 hours)
