2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs rolled fine
1 cup finely chopped coconut or pecan meants
1 cup powdered sugar
2 T cocoa or dry instant coffee
2 T white corn syrup
1/3 cup rum, brandy, bourbon or contreau

Directions:
Directions:
Add coconut or nut meats, powdered sugar, cocoa, corn syrup and liquor to wafer crumbs. Mix well, shape by teaspoon into firm balls. Roll in powdered sugar, instant coffee or dry cocoa.

Store tightly covered.
