6 cups flour
1/2 lb oleo
1/2 lb shortening
yeast cake
2 egg yolks
1 egg
7 oz evaporated milk

FILLING

Nuts with sugar to taste
Canned milk
Cinnamon or lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275

Crumble yeast fine into flour. Work in shortening as you would pie dough. Add yolks and egg, milk, work with hands until dough pulls from side of board. Form into small balls, place in bowl, layered with wax paper. Chill overnight. Roll each ball of dough out very thin with powdered sugar.

Add filling.

Bake 15-20 minutes
