1 lb Chicken breasts, thin slices
1 tsp. cornflour
1 tbsp. soy sauce
pinch of salt and pepper
half cup oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 green pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
1 red pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
2 tsp. chili sauce
1 cup chicken stock
2 tsp. cornflour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cornflour, soy sauce, salt and pepper and mix with the chicken meat.Set aside for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a deep pan. Fry the marinated meat slices until well cooked, remove it from the pan.
For sauce: Heat some oil add the crushed garlic, green and red pepper, red and green chilies and chili sauce. Fry for a minute. Mix 2tbsp. chicken stock with cornflour. Add the remaining stock in the pan. Add the corn flour mixture and stir well. Bring to a boil. Simmer until sauce thickens. Add the fried chicken in a sauce and stir for a minute or so. Serve over boiled rice.
