2 artichokes
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off stems and trim leaves of artichokes. Place in microwavable dish - add water and cover. Microwave in 10 minute legs, turning every 10 minutes until soft. Let cool. Take off leaves to stuff. Remove heart and mix with olive oil, cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic and salt and pepper until a paste is formed. Put a little paste on each leaf. Arrange leaves on a platter.
