24 Vanilla wafers
2 8 oz pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
3/4 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1T Lemon juice
1tsp. Vanilla
1 20 oz can Blueberry or Cherry pie filling
1/2 C Slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line cupcake pans with paper or aluminum liners. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Pour mixture into liners, 2/3 full, and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until set. Top cooled cheesecakes with pie filling and slivered almonds.
