1 box Deluxe devil's food cake mix
1 cup water
1 cup (8 ounce) Sorrento or any whole milk Ricotta cheese (I use Breakstone's)
cup olive oil
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix and ingredients and beat very well. Pour into sprayed bundt pan and bake 43-44 minutes at 350 degrees.


FROSTING:

12 ounce premium chocolate
1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream, room temperature

Melt chocolate in double boiler (over water). Let cool slightly and mix in one cup sour cream, beating until mixed and pour over cake.
