2 TBS onion flakes
2 tsp salt (I use 1 tsp)
1 tsp paprika
1 TBS dried bell pepper (optional)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, this is enough for one time. You can also double or triple the recipe if you want to make it up ahead of time.

I store it in a glass bottle or a snack zip bag. be sure to label it.

I love making my own mixes so I can use less salt. Seems all the mixes I buy just have way to much salt in them and that is basically all you taste. So I have limited the salt in this recipe mix.
