Fajitas Recipe

3 cups red wine
1 sliced onion
2 cups soy sauce
cup olive oil
8 chopped garlic cloves
1 T dry mustard
1 T ground ginger
2 flank steaks
Condiments - shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce

Combine wine, onion, soy sauce, oil, garlic, mustard and ginger in a large ziploc bag with the flank steaks. Marinate several hours or overnight.
Drain steaks and grill over high heat about 6 minutes per side. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Slice thinly across the grain. Serve with tortillas and fajita condiments.
