4 slices of sourdough bread
2 T caramelized onions
3-4 figs (available August & Sept.)
2-4 oz goat cheese
4 slices prosciutto

Directions:
Directions:
1. To make caramelized onions, thinly slice an onion and cook slowly on low heat with butter until they become golden caramel color.
2. Spread goat cheese on 2 slices of sourdough.
3. Slice figs into 5 slices, removing top and lay across goat cheese.
4. Add some caramelized onions and 2 slices prosciutto to each. Top with 2nd piece of sourdough and coat each piece of bread with butter.
5. Grill sandwich on each side until a nice golden color.
