3 lbs pork county-style ribs
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestshire sauce
1/3 cup orange juice
2 T dry mustard
1 T coarsely ground black pepper
2 tsp salt
2 T chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except ribs; mix well. Place ribs in a shallow dish, cover with marinade and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning meat occasionally. Place several pre-soaked hickory chips on hot coals. Remove ribs from marinade and place about 6 inches above coals. Close hood or grill. Cook over low heat for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done, brushing occasionally with marinade.
