1 roasted chicken, shredded
1 onion, chop and saute
1 Chipotle pepper from can (remove seeds)
1 can refried beans
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup bottled taco sauce
10-12 tortillas
29 oz can enchilada sauce
Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Pour ⅓ enchilada sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
Combine first 7 ingredients. Roll up each tortilla with mixture and place in pan seam side down. Cover with remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes or til bubbling.
