1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together except the maple syrup.
Take a basting brush and coat the bacon with the maple syrup on both sides. Then take the mixture and coat the bacon on both sides and place the bacon on a wire wrack then put it into the oven that has been heated up to 375º and bake for 40-45 minutes remove and cool and enjoy.
