COOKIES:
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups quick cooking oats

FILLING:
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups raisins
2 cups sour cream (16 ounces)
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Cream butter and sugar together.
3. Stir in flour, oats, baking powder, soda and salt. (mixture will be crumbly)
4. Set aside 2 cups of this mixture
5. Put remaining crumbs into greased 13"x9" cake pan.
6. Bake for 15 minutes and then cool.

FILLING:
1. Bring all filling ingredients to a boil and cook, while stirring, for 5-8 minutes.
2. Pour over cooled crust.
3. Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups of crumbs
4. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes
