BROWNIES::
1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cups chocolate chips
1 egg
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup flour

FILLING:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 - 8 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup seedless red raspberry jam

GLAZE:
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon butter

BROWNIES:
1. In a heavy saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips over low heat
2. Cool slightly.
3. In a large bowl beat eggs and brown sugar together.
4. Dissolve coffee crystals in water.
5. Add coffee and melted chocolate to egg mixture and mix well
6. Combine baking powder and flour and stir into mixture.
7. Spread in a greased 9" square baking pan.
8. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until brownies are done.

FILLING:
1. Melt chocolate chips, cool.
2. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy
3. Add powdered sugar and jam to cream cheese mixture
4. Stir in melted chocolate
4. Spread over cooled brownies.

GLAZE:
1. Melt chocolate chips and butter together.
2. Drizzle over filling.

Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator
