3 eggs
3 C milk
1/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, salt and sugar. Add milk slowly stirring constantly. Add vanilla.

2. Pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

3. Place in pan of hot water. Bake in 350 oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.

4. Or pour into large mold and bake 45-50 minutes.
