3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 heaping T. butter
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 or 1 tsp mustard
1 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Cook over boiling water till thick.

Dilute with sweet cream when ready to use.
Also add a few drops of lemon juice.

Good on potatoe salad.
