5 lbs flour
10 oz yeast (5 cakes), fresh
2 cups lukewarm water or milk
12 eggs
2-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 lemons -- juice and rind
Few drops of anise oil
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and lemon rind and juice.

Knead and let rise and punch down -- two times.

Bake 25-30 minutes.
