3-1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup corn oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
2 cups canned pumpkin
3 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat with mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl and continue beating on medium speed for 2 minutes. Grease two bread pans. Divide mixture evenly between the two pans.

Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
