Peel zucchini & put through food chopper or cut into cubes.
Measure 1 gallon plus 3 c. Zucchini

Add
1 - 48 oz. tin pineapple juice
2 - 3 oz. pineapple juice
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Bring just to a boil.Put in jars and seal to freeze.
You may also add a tin of crushed pineapple.

Makes about 9 pints.
